What are Group Fitness Classes?

Group fitness classes are structured exercise sessions designed specifically for older adults. These classes typically involve a variety of activities aimed at improving cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and balance. Led by qualified instructors, senior group fitness classes may include exercises such as low-impact aerobics, strength training, stretching, and balance exercises. These classes provide a supportive and social environment where seniors can engage in physical activity, maintain their health, and enjoy the company of their peers.
