Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist Wanted!

We are looking to add a Part Time Receptionist to our team! Are you a customer service star looking for a job where you can flex your people skills? As the face of our Surrey location, you’re responsible for providing an outstanding client care experience.

The hours for this role are up to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and suppliers
  • Answer phone calls professionally
  • Data entry into Excel
  • Billing to insurance companies
  • Assemble and maintain patient files
  • Collect and record patient information
  • Manage client appointments and maintain schedules

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Customer Service Star
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Self Motivated – will be alone for majority of shift
  • Flexible schedule
  • Able to talk effectively on the phone
  • Basic knowledge of Clinic Master is preferred – Will get full training if no knowledge
